Sri Santha Lakshmi Mills was founded in 1948 in Zamin Uthukuli, Pollachi with the foresight and wisdom of Mr. L. Mariappa. We are involved in the production of excellent quality Indian Cotton like Fabric Cotton, Textile Cotton with a ginning capacity of 32 gins. We have 600 casual labor on our payroll for hand grading of cotton. We have intelligent team members like Mr.Appuswamy's who had contributed a lot to shepherd this unit to greater heights of glory. His magnificent obsession with quality is such that the quality is both the brand name and trade mark of cotton produced. Hence our product found easy access and universal acceptance both in domestic and international markets. Like one leading up to two and two leading up to three and so on, we are continuously moving towards success, producing superior quality cotton.
We count ourselves as one of the best among Indian cotton industry for cotton farming. Our production in the world related to spinning superfine yarns of counts 140s and above. Worlds finest quality cotton is produced by us. Because of all this we have carved a niche for self in the global marketplace. Tamil Nadu prides upon ourselves as the only state producing SUVIN cotton in India. Needless to say, we are among one o f the best producer of SUVIN cotton bent on popularizing it and helping to spread under more acreage. |

It was Mr.Appuswamy's lot to shepherd this unit to greater heights of glory. His magnificent obsession with quality is such that quality is both the brand name and trade mark of his cotton. Hence his product found easy access and universal acceptance both in domestic and international markets. Not only that. Like one leading up to two and two leading up to three and so on, SLM and quality, going hand in hand led to the founding of ACE TEX (1 00% E.O.U) with a capacity of 9000 spindles in 2001 . ACE TEX, the marvel of a modern textile mill is another landmark for superior quality standards.
